We launched Abacus Residential Appraisals in 2013 with the promise to strive for the best service and most impartial appraisals in the industry. Oscar Wilde may have said that "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" however it must be noted that we are not affiliated with any appraisal firm outside of Canada.
We launched Abacus Residential Appraisals in 2013 for Nova Scotia and have worked hard to gain the trust and patronage of people from Sydney to Yarmouth, Halifax to Amherst. We were entirely humbled to win the Consumer Choice Award for business excellence in 2025 and hope to have the opportunity to continue earning Nova Scotia's trust.
